Lesson objectives

  • Use a simple prioritisation score
  • Avoid working on the loudest opinion

A simple scoring model

Score each idea from 1 to 5 on three questions, then multiply or average: How much impact could this have? How strong is the evidence? How easy is it to do? Frameworks such as ICE and PIE follow this pattern.

Prioritise ideas on high-traffic steps near the top of the funnel and on pages with a clear, evidence-backed problem.

Action steps

  1. List five ideas and score them

Checklist
